Overview
AI Workspace reimagines how small teams get work done. Instead of prompting an AI and manually assembling results, users define a goal and assemble a team of specialized AI workers. Each worker has a role — researcher, writer, analyst, designer — and they collaborate autonomously to plan and execute the work.
The platform handles the complexity of multi-step projects: breaking goals into tasks, delegating to the right worker, tracking progress, and delivering finished work directly into Google Workspace tools the team already uses.
The Challenge
Most AI tools stop at the prompt. Individuals and small teams can ask a model anything, but nobody actually organizes and executes the work end-to-end. Projects stall between "asking AI" and "getting results" because there's no system to delegate, track, and deliver.
The Outcome
The product is live and being used to run projects end-to-end. Users get a plan, real research, and drafted deliverables in a fraction of the time. The gap between asking and shipping is closed.
